What we did

Used MuleSoft to streamline operations and improve data accessibility. Integrated crucial maritime data (ship schedules, truck turnaround times, container and reefer tracking, vessel and railway operations) from the customer’s database into Salesforce. Enabled real-time synchronization of this critical operational data.

What we did

Built a MuleSoft solution to automate housing payments and commission processing. System reads and validates XML files from a secure FTPS, handles errors, logs all key process steps, and generates XML reports. Sends real-time SMS and email alerts to authorized users for critical errors.
